Security of your information and the privacy of our customers is first and foremost to Marsupium. We use a secured and safeguarded payment processing system powered by PayPal Merchant Solutions. Once your order has been processed, your credit card information is destroyed. Also, if your information is not processed for 30 days, it is automatically destroyed.

Shipping Policy
Standard Shipping Information
All non-personalized items will ship within 5 business days of purchase. All personalized items will ship within 12 business days of purchase.
Rush / Expedite Alternatives
All personalized items will be shipped within 5 business days for an additional fee of $30 per item. All personalized items will be shipped within 3 business days for an additional fee of $60 per item.
Christmas Shipping
All domestic orders received by December 10th will be delivered on or before December 24th. NO rush charges will be used during this period. Customers who place orders after December 10th who desire receipt of their order on or before December 24th can receive expedited processing by selecting our Rush Alternative.
Returns and Cancellation Policies
Non-personalized products may be returned within 30 days of the original ship date for a refund subject to a 25% restocking fee. The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the product, including any packaging or shipping fees.
Personalized products may not be returned unless there is a physical defect with the personalization of the product (example: the name was spelled incorrectly). The product will be remade and resent to the customer within 10 business days of the receipt of the return.
In order to process a return, please contact us for an RMA# and shipping information.
If you need to cancel or change you order, please contact Marsupium immediately. If production of your product has begun, it is unlikely that the product can be altered or remade without additional cost. Only if production has not begun is it possible for us to cancel your order for a complete refund. Please be sure of the information when it is submitted on our website or thorugh your vendor.
Warranty Policy
Marsupium warrants the products it sells to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 90 days from the date of initial purchase. If the products fail because of such defects during this time, Marsupium will, at its option, repair or replace the products, provided that the products have not been subjected to abuse or modifications. Products that fail under conditions other than those covered under warranty will be repaired at the current price of materials and labor in effect at the time of the repair. Such repairs are warranted for 90 days from the day of re-shipment to the buyer. This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied, including without limitation, any implied warranty or merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose, all of which are expressly disclaimed. In no event will Marsupium be liable for direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from any defect or omission in product descriptions and instructions, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
